If you have a private medical insurance, you may be able to claim this surcharge back.
The cost of treatment may vary if additional materials such as strapping tape and acupuncture
needles are used.
If ACC declines your claim, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the ACC
surcharge and our private fee.
